NIGERIA'S PORT HARCOURT AIRPORT TOPS LIST OF WORST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD

Travel Website - Sleeping In Airports released two list on the 'standing 'of international airports in the world. One of the lists contained names of the 10 worst airports in the world, Nigeria's Port Harcourt International Airport was listed as number 1.

According to the report, the airport got the standing due to the following:

"....unpleasant and unhelpful staff, alleged corruption, a severe lack of seating, broken air-conditioning and the fact that the arrivals hall was inside a tent.

However, "[the] good news is that some areas of the terminal have been recently renovated, meaning you can expect actual walls, floors and windows," says the website. "Though it is a far cry from reasonable, improvements are being made."
